Royal Blood Chainmaille Collar by crazed-fangirl Royal Blood Chainmaille Collar by crazed-fangirl
Suddenly hit with a desire to make something huge, over-the-top, a little sexy and a bit gothy.

Okay, more than a bit gothy. But DAMN I love this color combo and how dramatic it looks! This is what happens when you mainline history books and don't sleep for three days.

Made from anodized aluminum with a silverplated lobster claw clasp.

Gorgeous! Out of curiosity, what gauge/ size are the rings you use?

From another chainmailler :)

Well, I was going for more of a bondage look. Although it has been a while since I've made any lacy-looing maille.

I've always loved the black and red color combo as well! I especially love the way you've integrated the rings together in each individual line. Beautifully done as always! :+fav:

Red and Black have always been my favorite color combination, and it works well in the captive inverted round weave. Very nice, and pretty classy to boot.

And don't worry, you'll get it. I've been doing this professionally for six years, now. LOTS of trial and error.
